This is your chance to step into a role where your skills don't just support projects, they drive them forward. As a Senior Tekla Technician, you'll lead a small team of Tekla Technicians while producing high-quality models and drawings across exciting structural engineering projects predominately in the temporary works market. What’s in it for you?
  • Step up as a leader and manage a small team of Tekla Technicians, building your management skills while guiding projects to success.
  • Be the specialist. Your Tekla knowledge across steel and concrete (or one material with the opportunity to learn the other) will make you the go‑to authority in the business.
  • Shape major projects and see your models directly influence the successful delivery of high-profile work.
  • Progress your career with exposure to diverse projects and team leadership responsibilities will put you on the fast track to senior development.
  • Enjoy strong rewards such as a competitive salary, performance bonus, medical insurance, generous holiday allowance, and pension scheme.
What you'll be doing
  • Producing detailed Tekla models and drawings in line with project requirements.
  • Leading and managing a small team of Tekla Technicians, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Working closely with engineers and designers to develop structural solutions.
  • Staying at the forefront of Tekla software updates and industry best practices.
What you'll need
  • A qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering or similar (HNC/Bachelor's).
  • Proven Tekla Structures experience (steel and concrete ideally, though strong experience in one material is fine).
  • Previous experience leading or managing a team of technicians.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first approach.
  • Confidence handling multiple projects and deadlines.

If you're a Senior Tekla Technician who's ready to lead, grow, and make your mark, this role is for you.
