Job summary

CreateFuture is seeking a senior TechOps professional to own a broad slice of our infrastructure across macOS, identity, networking, cloud and security. You’ll be the technical anchor, driving automation and shaping the estate next.

This role offers hybrid and remote options, with UK offices and Bulgaria. You’ll work with AI tooling and help ensure ISO 27001 alignment while delivering reliable services across our 500+ global staff.

Qualifications

• Experience managing macOS estates with Jamf Pro.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Google Workspace.
• Scripting and automation to reduce manual work.
• Experience securing hybrid environments and ISO 27001 familiarity.
• Ability to work across UK offices and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the macOS estate in Jamf Pro including profiles and patching.
• Administer Microsoft 365/Entra ID and Google Workspace, including provisioning and access control.
• Automate repetitive tasks via scripting and integrations between systems.
• Maintain network and cloud infrastructure (UniFi, GCP) across offices and remote sites.
• Own AI tooling estate: licensing, cost management and telemetry.
• Strengthen security posture and support ISO 27001 alignment with evidence-based responses.

About the role and team:

TechOps keeps CreateFuture running — everything from the laptop in someone's bag on day one to the identity platforms, networks and cloud services behind our day-to-day work, across a business of 500+ people throughout the UK. We're a small team with a wide remit, which for you means unusually broad exposure: device management, identity, networking, cloud and security, rather than one narrow corner of IT.

TechOps keeps CreateFuture running. Everything from the laptop in someone's bag on day one to the identity platforms, networks and cloud services behind our day-to-day work, across a business of 500+ people spread across offices and home setups throughout the UK and Bulgaria. We're a small team with a wide remit, which means we own things properly rather than raise tickets and wait. We're deliberately automation-first: if something has to be done twice, we'd rather script it, package it or put it behind policy. That includes AI tooling, which is now a real part of the estate rather than a side experiment. We manage Claude, Copilot and a growing set of AI services across the business, and use them heavily in our own work.

This is a senior role for someone who wants breadth. You'll be the technical anchor for a big chunk of our infrastructure, the person others come to when something's genuinely hard, and a strong voice in where we take the estate next.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and improving our macOS estate in Jamf Pro — profiles, packaging, patching, extension attributes and zero-touch enrolment
• Administering Microsoft 365 / Entra ID and Google Workspace, including conditional access, licence automation and joiner/mover/leaver processes
• Automating the repetitive work — scripting and building the integrations that connect our systems together
• Looking after network and cloud infrastructure, from UniFi wireless across our offices to our GCP footprint
• Owning the AI tooling estate — licensing and cost management, enablement, data-handling guardrails, and usage telemetry that shows what the spend is actually returning
• Strengthening our security posture and supporting ISO 27001 alignment — endpoint hardening, access reviews, and answering client security questionnaires with evidence rather than assertions
