Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical writing experience, with at least 1 year in blockchain/Web3 or fintech
• Advanced English (C1/C2 level) with proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Hands-on experience documenting REST APIs, WebSocket APIs
• Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
• Strong experience with AI documentation assistants and automation tools
• Proficiency in Markdown, Git/GitHub, and docs-as-code workflows
• Experience with static site generators and documentation platforms (Docsify, Docusaurus, GitBook or similar ones)

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for WhiteBIT’s ecosystem, including API references, integration guides, and SDKs
• Develop educational content such as tutorials, quickstart guides, usage examples, and best practices to accelerate developer onboarding
• Document REST API endpoints with detailed method descriptions, parameters, request/response examples, error handling, and rate limiting specifications
• Build a systematic documentation framework including style guides, reusable templates, interactive examples, and glossaries
• Implement AI-powered documentation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, QuillBot) to automate workflows while maintaining technical accuracy
• Maintain and collaborate on developer portal content, including release notes, migration guides, and breaking changes documentation
• Collaborate with the DevRel team on developer experience initiatives, gathering feedback through GitHub issues, Discord communities, and developer surveys
• Support hackathons and technical workshops with documentation and learning materials

Would be a plus:

• Chinese language proficiency (HSK 4+ or equivalent) for supporting the Asian developer community
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals: transactions, wallets, smart contracts, gas fees, and consensus mechanisms
• Contributions to open-source projects or documentation
