About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the success of our IT department, combining hands‑on technical support, project delivery, and mentoring of our junior IT team members. As the IT Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to shape the development of the team while ensuring that the IT infrastructure and systems are running efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands‑On IT Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of systems and applications, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Project Delivery: Lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met and solutions are implemented successfully.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, mentor, and support junior team members, helping them grow their technical skills and develop professionally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • System & Network Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of internal systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth and secure operations.
