Role Overview

As a Senior ICT Technical Specialist on our Infrastructure Team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of critical ICT infrastructure services.

  • Ensure high availability, security, performance and reliability across all systems while providing expert guidance to users, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Act as a technical authority, project lead and escalation point; drive service improvement, support strategic development and ensure compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
