Job summary

A prominent staffing agency is looking for a Technical Services Manager to oversee all mechanical and electrical building services in a high-spec environment. This role involves ensuring compliance with UK legislation, leading a team of engineers, and managing critical infrastructure. Candidates should have a strong electrical background and proven experience in high-availability environments such as Data Centres or Luxury Hotels. The position is full-time and based in Central London, offering a salary of £70,000 - £80,000.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an Electrical discipline.
• Proven experience as an HV Authorised Person (AP) within a critical or high-spec environment.
• Solid understanding of BS 7671 (18th Edition) and C&G 2391 (Inspection & Testing).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority for all mechanical and electrical building services.
• Ensure statutory compliance, managing the compliance dashboard.
• Lead and mentor a team of multi-skilled engineers and supervisors.
