We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our People team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

  • Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business
  • Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Protect and improve Snap Inc.’s candidate experience vigilantly
  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
  • Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability influencing senior leaders
  • A love for solving challenging problems and building programs for scale
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to quickly prioritise competing priorities
  • Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organisation, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
  • A sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalised approach
  • Well networked with a deep talent network of diverse talent
  • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent globally
  • Experience mentoring junior teammates
  • Experience working in both small and large tech companies
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles especially in Machine Learning, Computer Vision and AR
Preferred qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience tracking metrics and utilising data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate
  • 2+ years of experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and recruiting the very best
