We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Project Manager (Audio)
Make the extraordinary, everlasting — with us.
At EC, we craft extraordinary experiences that leave a lasting impression — not just for our clients, but for our people too. We blend the big ideas of a creative agency with the meticulous execution of a production company, bringing bold, imaginative events to life.
We’re collaborative, down-to-earth, and serious about delivering quality — all while finding time for lightness and fun. If you’re someone who’s curious, adaptable and excited to do meaningful work with a team that’s got your back, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Audio) to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Production, you’ll lead our audio offering and oversee the full technical delivery of projects — from planning and quoting through to on-site execution. You’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard, while guiding and mentoring others across the team. Based in our London office, you’ll help bring extraordinary events to life in iconic venues across the UK and occasionally abroad.
This role is perfect for either a seasoned engineer with project management experience, looking to make an impact in a full-time role, or for someone with a track record in technical project management looking to step into a senior role.
You don’t have to tick every box — we care just as much about curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset as we do experience on paper.
At EC, we’re a team of doers, dreamers, and down-to-earth collaborators. We thrive on creativity, care deeply about the details, and always have each other’s backs.
With hybrid working, generous time off, wellbeing support, and a culture that champions your voice, your growth, and your whole self — it’s more than just a job. It’s a place to thrive.
Ready to Apply? If this role excites you but you’re not sure you meet every requirement — we still want to hear from you. We believe in potential and are always open to people who bring passion, integrity, and a fresh perspective.
Our Hiring Process: While the steps may vary by role, here’s what you can generally expect:
A short Teams call to say hello
A task or survey to understand how you work
A face-to-face interview with your future team
A culture conversation to make sure it’s a match both ways.
We’ll keep you updated at every stage and do our best to make the process smooth, transparent and welcoming.
