This role is a unique opportunity to develop your product skills and technical knowledge at a significant scale. By building a platform that enables our engineers to deliver new features with high quality even faster, your contributions will have a major impact on Wise’s mission.
Platform is a broad domain covering data, compute, networking, CI/CD, SRE, developer experience and much more. We expect our Technical Product Managers to have a deep ownership of the roadmap, product, and strategy for their teams. You will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of product development, from conception through to successful delivery. While your primary focus will be on ensuring the execution and alignment of one or two critical teams, you will also have the opportunity to broaden your impact by collaborating across the wider platform tribe, ensuring consistency, scalability, and innovation across our rapidly evolving tech stack.
We are looking for an Experienced Technical Product Manager who can develop a product strategy and mindset in our Analytics Teams. As a Technical Product Manager for Data you will be involved in:
Strategic Vision: You will own and drive the long‑term strategy for our analytics platform, ensuring that it not only meets the current needs of the business but also anticipates and adapts to future challenges.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and data users across the organisation, ensuring their needs and feedback are integral to the platform's development.
Fostering a Data‑Driven Culture: You will lead and influence the continuous improvement of our data repositories, setting the vision for a unified, high‑quality data ecosystem that drives the adoption of data‑driven practices.
Alignment, Prioritization, and Outcome Measurement: You will utilise OKRs and agile methodologies to align your team's efforts with the broader strategic goals of the data platform.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: You will work closely with other Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and technical teams to ensure that our platform integrates seamlessly with other systems and reduces dependencies.
