Job summary

Nebius seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of new compute regions, coordinating hardware, networking, capacity, and platform engineering under tight timelines.

You will act as the real-time escalation point during live deployments, define team contracts, drive automation, and maintain clear status communications for stakeholders. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across many engineering teams and drive alignment.
• Calm, decisive communication under pressure, including during live incidents.
• Strong ownership and documentation focus, avoiding ad-hoc firefighting.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Owning delivery of region and GPU cluster deployment projects from kickoff through production handover.
• Coordinating capacity acceptance: quota allocations, monitoring, sign-off before customer release.
• Overseeing acceptance testing across compute, storage, networking, and GPU teams.
• Acting as escalation point during live deployments to resolve blockers with on-call teams.
• Defining contracts and responsibilities to reduce cross-team ambiguity.
• Driving automation of repetitive deployment and testing tasks.
• Providing clear, high-signal status communications to stakeholders.
