Job summary

Mase Consulting Ltd is seeking a Technical Operations / Production Manager in Yorkshire to lead a small team handling diagnosis, build control, inspection and release of advanced instrumentation products. You will drive continuous improvement, improve production visibility and coordinate across engineering, production and management.

Qualifications

Senior hands-on post in materials science or related field.
Experience in high-precision instrumentation production or manufacturing.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a small team of technical experts across diagnosis, build control, inspection, testing, documentation and release.
Own production issues and drive timely resolutions.
Improve production planning, scheduling and prioritisation for efficient delivery.
Ensure traceability across parts, assemblies, testing and final product release.
Develop SOPs, work instructions and build documentation; maintain records.
