A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager for a major residential developer in Berkshire. The role demands a minimum of 5 years' experience in the technical field with strong problem-solving and team management skills. Ideal candidates will have a successful history in residential builds and the ability to drive projects to completion. A competitive salary of up to £80,000 plus package is offered.

Senior Technical Manager – Berkshire

Salary: Up to £80,000 plus package

Location: Berkshire

Renowned major residential developer with extensive experience in the construction industry and strong financial backing, enabling autonomous operation and securing new developments.

Deliver various residential schemes from medium traditional build schemes to luxury apartments.

Due to successful delivery of previous projects and a strong portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Manager in the residential construction industry to join the team.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a technical role.
  • Experience of working on a mixed tenure private/affordable apartment development.
  • 2 years’ experience of developing junior employees.
  • Knowledgeable in the planning process.
  • Capable of managing and developing a team which will include a variety of Technical staff of all levels.
  • Experienced in residential traditional build projects.
  • Experienced professional with a previous history working for a residential developer.
  • Need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
