Senior Technical Manager – 59 Storey RC Frame

Salary: £85,000 + Package
Location: Canary Wharf

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Technical Manager to work on a high-rise residential project in Canary Wharf.

The Senior Technical Manager reports to the Technical Director and is responsible for providing advice and support on all technical matters.

Responsibilities:

• Appoint and manage external design team in conjunction with the Technical Director
• Manage the technical review of tendered projects prior to submission
• Manage the technical review of land led projects prior to planning submission
• Manage and oversee projects from successful tender/planning phase to site, to ensure an early start on site
