Are you an experienced technical leader ready to take on a pivotal role in the delivery of large-scale precast construction projects?

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager to lead our technical engineering department, overseeing the design and detailing of complex and prestigious precast concrete and flooring contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team in delivering high-quality, buildable designs for large precast and flooring projects
• Manage all technical design stages and ensure alignment with project timelines
• Provide expert guidance and solutions across departments and to key clients
• Oversee the implementation and development of BIM and 3D design workflows
• Build strong relationships with clients to deliver safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions
• Mentor and develop engineering staff to maintain high technical standards

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical management role within the construction/design industry
• Strong knowledge of the precast concrete sector (preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit and BIM processes highly desirable
