Senior Technical Coordinator/Technical Manager – Permanent and Contract – Surrey – £(phone number removed)

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager has arisen with a leading Traditional Residential build company. If you are driven, hungry for success and lead with high energy, then we'd love to hear from you.

This developer has a very solid workflow, a strong pipeline of projects and ambitious growth plans. They have a number of active projects within the Southern Home Counties and a healthy pipeline of new Residential build and require a strong leader to execute the developments.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the project from the start of planning right through to completion.
  • Setting up and monitoring of Design Team Programmes.
  • Ensure design complies with standards.
  • Promote design that respects budgetary restraints.
  • To technically design and manage the scheme.
  • Directly manage Technical Coordinators, Technical Administrators and Consultants.
  • Appoint and manage consultants.
Qualifications
  • BTEC HND/HNC in Design, construction or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working within a technical management/coordination role within a residential house builder.
  • Solid experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Able to make decisions within authority.
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
