A leading chilled food manufacturer in Middlesbrough is seeking a Site Head of Technical. This role involves leading the technical function to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety across products. The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience in food manufacturing, particularly in chilled foods, along with a degree in Food Science and relevant HACCP qualifications. Qualifications

• Proven senior technical/quality leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience working with major UK retailers, especially M&S, Tesco, Asda, or Sainsburys.
• Strong understanding of BRCGS standards and managing audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site Technical function.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, audits, and data analysis.
• Ensure full compliance with food legislation and integrity standards.
