Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing in-house teams and external contractors.
  • Understanding of statutory compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Knowledge in compliance areas: Legionella management, Asbestos control, Boiler systems, Fire door safety.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage PPM schedules in line with the SFG20 framework.
  • Oversee life cycle planning and utilities management across multiple sites.
  • Manage and coordinate external contractors and internal staff.

Skills

Strong technical background – electrical bias preferred
Experience in Hard FM or Total FM environments
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Client-facing with relationship building

Education

IOSH Managing Safely (minimum); NEBOSH preferred
