A leading design & build studio in Greater London is seeking a Senior Technical Designer who will lead technical design and project delivery. This role requires a strong technical design background, preferably from a Design and Build environment, and proficiency in Revit. The successful candidate will act as a primary liaison with Building Control and consultants, taking ownership of their own projects and driving technical standards. Qualifications

• Strong technical design background, ideally from Design and Build.
• Confident communicator with experience dealing with clients and consultants.
• Revit proficiency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
