Job summary

GXM Technologies LLC seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership, governance, and oversight for modernizing and delivering a complex NATO multinational digital platform. The role requires translating business needs into actionable cloud architectures and coordinating across vendors and engineering teams.

The position is based in London with hybrid flexibility. Travel may be required to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise architecture or technical delivery leadership.
• Experience as Chief Architect/Lead Solution Architect or equivalent senior role.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Citizenship of a NATO member nation and UK work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical delivery lead and chief solution architect for a multi-vendor platform.
• Provide architecture governance across cloud, applications, data, cybersecurity, and integration.
• Develop target-state and transitional enterprise architectures with alignment to objectives.
• Lead delivery coordination across suppliers, engineering teams, and security stakeholders.
• Establish governance processes, decision frameworks, and technical escalation procedures.
• Evaluate designs, cloud architectures, APIs, and integration approaches for feasibility and alignment.
• Assess technical risks, performance, resilience, and operational readiness.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical work packages and roadmaps.
• Produce architecture documentation, decision logs, and executive reports.
