Job summary

A leading manufacturing client in the UK is seeking a candidate for an Internal IT Auditor position, ideal for someone transitioning from a BIG4 consultancy. The role offers the opportunity to develop auditing skills in a global context with 50% international travel. Successful candidates will have strong experience in IT General Controls and be certified in CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC. The package includes a 10% bonus and significant professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of auditing experience required.
• Must be CISA, CISM, CISSP or CRISC certified.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls and Information Security required.
• International auditing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop global internal IT Audit team for the manufacturing client.
• Conduct audits focusing on IT General Controls and Application Controls.
• Ensure compliance with COBIT and ISO27001 standards.

Job Description

My client has substantial European operations which cover manufacturing, logistics and supply chain activities and they have a requirement to develop their Global internal IT Audit team. The current opening requires a candidate who is actively looking for their first move into an internal IT Audit environment from, ideally, a BIG4 consultancy where they have gained strong understanding of IT Audits, specifically IT General Controls, IT Application Controls and Information Security reviews.

Required Candidate Profile:

• 3-6 Years of Auditing experience
• CISA, CISM, CISSP or CRISC Certified
• IT General Controls, IT Application Controls and Information Security experience
• Ideally international auditing experience
• COBIT and ISO27001 auditing standards
• English reporting and additional languages such as Spanish, French or Portuguese
