A telecommunications company in Greater London seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst to deliver technology projects. You will play a crucial role in bridging business functions and technical teams, translating requirements, and documenting processes. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in telecommunications with a focus on mobile network operations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
The Senior Technical Business Analyst within our Project Management Office will have a pivotal role in delivering technology projects across the organisation. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will have a deep expertise in mobile telecommunications and MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) environments, coupled with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between Lebara’s technical project teams, the wider business, and international affiliates, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all stakeholders. They will provide technical and functional analysis to design and deliver end-to-end business and technology solutions, as well as lead the documentation of AS-IS and TO-BE processes to resolve business challenges.
This role will also be responsible for defining and documenting project requirements, identifying opportunities for process and system improvements, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability across the organisation
1. Bridge the gap between the business functions and the technical organisation, translating business requirements into technical specifications, user stories and detailed work packages.
2. Work with the Project Management team to validate, clarify and document business requirements, technical requirements, process flows, user stories and complex issues.
3. Create high-quality presentations and reports using a range of tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Process Flow Tools etc.) to bring stakeholders together and agree outcomes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and vendor partners, to ensure alignment.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Manage vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and procurement processes to support project delivery.
