Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities in the Charles River and Alpha Platforms. This highly technical role requires collaboration with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure scalable, secure platform services and fast innovation.

The position is hybrid, with at least 3 days in the office per week, and offers a permanent contract with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product management in SaaS/platform engineering
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and containerization (Kubernetes)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities
• Strong technical acumen with engineers and architects
• Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise security/compliance
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) for Agile management

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure performance and compliance
• Lead product discovery and translate infrastructure needs into clear requirements and roadmaps
• Engage daily with engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Promote a smooth developer experience with intuitive platform services
• Provide SME feedback to shape product roadmap and growth strategy
• Support sales and professional services to enhance client experience and growth
