In this role, you will lead a high-performing programming team, define technical processes, and ensure game delivery meets quality and player satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of programming experience in C# and/or C++, and proficiency in Unreal Engine or Unity. Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in leading a high-performing programming team.
• 10+ years of programming experience in C# and/or C++.
• 10+ years of engine experience with Unreal and/or Unity.
• Expert in software design practices including architecture, software design patterns and algorithmic solutions.
• Proven ability in creating and launching AAA games.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of lead programmers across projects.
• Define processes and tools used by the team.
• Deliver the overall technical direction of the games.
• Lead by example and develop high programming standards.
• Communicate vision to stakeholders to ensure game delivery.
