Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. in Warwick, UK, seeks a senior Enterprise Wireless Engineer to lead design and optimization of large-scale WLAN environments across corporate campuses.

You will apply deep RF knowledge, manage security integration (802.1X, RADIUS, WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise), and partner with Architecture, Engineering, and Security teams to deliver reliable wireless services. CWNE/CCIE Wireless preferred; Meraki and Aruba experience required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise wireless networking experience or equivalent depth of wireless engineering experience.
• Hands-on design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise WLAN environments.
• CWNE or CCIE Wireless-level expertise strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise WLAN architecture, RF fundamentals, and 802.11 technologies.
• Security: 802.1X, RADIUS, and WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise.
• RF management, channel planning, power management, capacity, wireless roaming, and client behavior.
• WLAN troubleshooting and performance analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki wireless and Aruba environments.
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass and Cisco ISE, with preference for both.
• Ability to work across Architecture, Engineering, and Security teams.
• Experience developing wireless design documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Preferred Qualifications include CWNE or CCIE Wireless certification, platform migrations, HLD/LLD development, and wireless site surveys.

• Significant experience with Aruba AOS 8 wireless environments.
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass and/or Cisco ISE, with a strong preference for experience with both.
• Experience developing or working with wireless standards and design documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Architecture, Engineering, and Security teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transitioning or migrating between enterprise wireless platforms.
• Experience developing wireless HLDs and LLDs.
