Job summary

AA Euro Group is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join a client delivering large-scale infrastructure works in the Birmingham area. You will ensure design intent is maintained through construction, coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and support the successful delivery of the project.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with architecture in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and provide guidance on architectural designs, specifications and standards.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, MEP, civil and construction teams.
• Support design assurance activities and participate in design reviews and approvals.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design intent.
