Job summary

Wendover Development Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and on-site delivery of architectural projects from their London office. This role requires a deep expertise in RIBA Stage 4 technical design and on-site construction delivery, with specific emphasis on dealing with existing and listed buildings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong ArchiCAD skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in managing RFI processes and contractor communications effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RIBA Stage 4 technical design and Stage 5 construction delivery.
• Experience working with existing buildings, including refurbishment and listed buildings.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and detailing through RIBA Stage 4.
• Manage the RFI process and contractor queries throughout construction.
• Coordinate technical interfaces with consultants throughout design and construction.
