Job Description: Talent Acquisition Lead - Banking Financial Services & Insurance - Wipro

Servaada is Wipro's UK entity, authorised by the FCA (the UK financial services regulator) to undertake regulated activities on behalf of its clients, as an outsourced service provider.

About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to the company, its trustees, and third parties. Your responsibilities include driving technical pension policies, translating complex pension legislation into business solutions, and supporting scheme administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on FCA, DWP, and HMRC changes; assess impacts and communicate effectively; provide training as needed.
  • Resolve proposition and technical queries from various teams; support resolution of complex cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer demand and regulatory changes; support necessary changes to ensure positive customer outcomes.
  • Identify risks proactively and support governance solutions to prevent poor customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to regulatory documentation, web content, and operational procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Analyze developing pension legislation; oversee major changes and ensure compliance.
  • Support system, regulatory, and legislative change management for business growth.
  • Resolve complex pension technical queries; liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Represent the Group in industry bodies and working groups to support brand development.
  • Ensure procedures followed by Customer Operations and Experience teams; provide technical support and training.
  • Participate in projects impacting pension processes or systems, utilizing your technical expertise.
  • Assist in implementing new products and tools related to pension propositions.
  • Manage operational risk and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform additional activities as directed by management.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Knowledge of investment platforms, SIPP, GIA, and ISA is essential.
  • Understanding of the wider pensions market and experience with HMRC and FCA rules.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to collaborate effectively.
  • Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Calm demeanor, capable of handling challenging situations.
  • Extensive experience in pension administration and regulatory projects.
  • Deep understanding of pension legislation and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of retail financial services and UK platform market.
  • Excellent relationship management and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience; recognized financial qualifications (e.g., CISI, CII).
