About the Role

Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role: As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor to our industrial clients across their entire lifecycle with Dragos. You’ll play a critical role in enabling the adoption, operationalization, and optimization of Dragos solutions — ensuring our customers achieve measurable value from their investment. You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders, security teams, and internal Dragos teams to align technical delivery with business goals and support long-term success. This role requires a blend of deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to translate complex use cases into impactful outcomes. You will serve as the bridge between our platform and the customer’s mission, helping customers improve maturity, mitigate risk, and maximize platform effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical advocate for assigned accounts across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Guide customers in the operationalization of key use cases and the integration of Dragos into existing workflows.
  • Deliver regular account reviews, roadmap alignment, and platform optimization guidance.
  • Support the development and execution of get-well plans for at-risk or underutilized accounts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales to ensure seamless engagement across all stages.
  • Translate customer goals into technical strategies that deliver business outcomes.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks to value realization.
  • Deliver training and enablement to improve customer proficiency and platform adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for OT cybersecurity topics, contributing to customer workshops, QBRs, and executive briefings.
  • Travel as required across the region (up to 30%) to support relationship-building and on-site collaboration.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in OT environments (e.g., energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, industrial automation) with working knowledge of ICS, SCADA, or DCS systems.
  • 1+ years in a cybersecurity engineering or SOC analyst role, preferably in critical infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts, detection platforms, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with SIEM workflows and incident response practices (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, FortiSIEM, Elastic).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proven experience delivering value-focused support in a post-sales or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and present to diverse audiences.
Compensation
  • Competitive Equity Package
