Job summary
Korn Ferry seeks an experienced Senior Technical Lead in Sheffield for a major enterprise platform modernisation and migration programme. You will own technical delivery across VMware vSphere, Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, guiding large-scale migrations while remaining hands-on when required.

- Strong hands-on technical leadership in enterprise environments.
- Experience owning delivery of large-scale migrations or platform modernisation.
- Deep knowledge of virtualization, container platforms and related tooling.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own a defined technology domain or migration workstream.
- Drive enterprise-scale migration and platform modernisation activities.
- Own technical direction, key decisions and delivery outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on when required.
- Coordinate across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, operations and programme teams.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers, risks and dependencies.
- Lead technical discussions and challenge engineering and architecture decisions.
- Represent the workstream within technical reviews, governance and senior leadership forums.
