Greggs plc is seeking a Senior Team Member in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver quick and friendly service, keep the shop clean, and help prepare products for customers. You may assist the Shop Manager and Supervisors, including sharing responsibility as a key holder during scheduled times.

You will support customers across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, ensuring a brilliant experience whether ordering in shop or online.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Able to function as a key holder and support Shop Manager when needed.

About the role

We’relooking for Senior Team Members to join us!As a Senior Team Member,you’llprovide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products.You will also support the Shop Manager and Supervisors, for example by being a key holder with responsibility for looking after the shop at certain times of the day.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You\'llplay a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

If you\'ve had some experience within a similar fast paced, retail environment, and your availability matches what we\'re looking for, we want to hear from you.You\'ll also be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.Some supervisory experience always comes in handy although it\'s not essential as we will support you with the training that you\'ll need to do a great job.
