A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Team Assistant to support senior executives in a prestigious investment firm in London. The role requires 3+ years of assistant experience, ideally in investment banking, with responsibilities including diary management and organizing travel. This is a full-time 12-month contract offering £26 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. Exceptional performance may lead to further opportunities within the firm.

A standout Team Assistant role has arisen for you to join our clients' high-performing boutique investment division at one of London’s most respected global firms.

You’ll be providing vital support to a group of Managing Directors, VPs, and Senior Associates, playing a key role in a collaborative, client-facing environment where precision, pace, and partnership are valued. Assistants are recognised here as an essential part of the firm’s success.

As an Assistant, you will be client facing in your communication, highly organised and work towards creating efficiency for your team and MDs.

You must have gained a minimum of 3 years as an assistant ideally within investment banking, private equity, asset management or wealth management.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive diary and calendar management for senior executives
  • Scheduling and coordinating complex, multi-time zone meetings
  • Organising international travel (flights, visas, hotels, itineraries)
  • Delivering seamless day-to-day administrative support
  • Partnering with fellow assistants to foster a collaborative team culture
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ Team Assistant experience, with at least 2 years in investment banking, private equity, or asset management
  • Highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
  • Proactive and team-oriented, with excellent attention to detail

This is a 12-month temporary contract (full-time, 5 days in office), offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the inner workings of one of London’s top-performing investment firms. With outstanding performance, further opportunities within the firm may follow.

£26 inclusive of holiday pay (plus paid overtime)
