Job summary

The University of Leicester invites applications for an Associate Professor in Business Analytics and Operations (Teaching Focused) in the School of Marketing and Strategy. You will provide educational leadership, advance pedagogy and deliver research-led teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

You will shape curricula, ensure inclusivity, collaborate across the university, support students, and develop pedagogical scholarship.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant subject with expertise in business analytics and/or operations/supply chain management.
• Extensive undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience and curriculum development.
• Evidence of pedagogical research, supervising students, and external quality assurance engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational leadership and deliver teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Develop curricula to respond to contemporary business challenges and student outcomes.
