Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Teaching Assistant 3 for a full-time position in Crowborough, East Sussex. The role offers competitive daily rates (£92.56-£95) paid through PAYE, with salary dependent on experience and qualifications discussed at registration.

The successful candidate will provide advanced support across the school, deliver targeted interventions, support small groups and individuals, and assist with learning initiatives in a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Strong ability to support learning across the primary curriculum.
• Confidence in supporting pupils with more complex needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted interventions and support small groups and individuals.
• Provide additional guidance to pupils with more complex needs.
• Support pupils academically and socially.
• Lead learning initiatives under guidance of class teachers.
