Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Custody Tax an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and communication capabilities with a results-oriented and execution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate team OKRs, key initiatives, and business objectives into actionable user stories that guide product development in partnership with Engineering.
• Play an active role in sprint planning, prioritization, and progress tracking through daily scrums, while contributing meaningfully to all agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Build a deep understanding of our tax services to evolve the custody tax offering and strengthen the tax operational model for enhanced client outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders to identify system enhancement needs, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver solutions that optimize processes and support business growth.
