What You'll Be Doing

• Leading tax due diligence and structuring assignments across a variety of M&A transactions
• Advising clients on incentive scheme design and implementation
• Building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the wider deal advisory network
• Managing demanding, high‑impact projects while guiding junior team members
