This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions across the global private credit market, advising a broad range of financial investors throughout the full investment lifecycle.

The Role

• Lead teams delivering commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced international deals environment
• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
• Identify opportunities to add value for new and existing clients
• Draw on internal specialist knowledge to provide integrated tax and non-tax advice
• Oversee project delivery and financial performance
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Credit and wider Deals Tax team
• Mentor and develop junior team members

About You

• Extensive experience leading tax work on transactions, including due diligence, structuring and modelling
• Strong technical expertise in indirect tax, transfer pricing, management taxes and international tax
• Proven ability to build strong internal and external networks, both in the UK and internationally
