Do you want to join a fabulously modern and flexible firm in Worthing? This firm are a dream to work for and are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their highly reputable Advisory division.

This role is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in some really interesting work - it would be well-suited to someone who has sound experience working with both personal and corporate tax and has well-established themselves as a tax advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Involved in really exciting projects - producing reports and letters of advice for a number of tax advisory issues such as the implementation of corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, staff incentive schemes, advising owner managed businesses regarding remuneration planning, succession planning, CGT and IHT mitigation, reviewing the more complex and technical corporation tax computations and returns handled by the firm.
  • Day-to-day, can also expect to oversee HMRC liaison regarding clearance applications and enquiries, liaise with clients and attend meetings with partners, train and review work of junior members of staff and generally assist the partners with developing and monitoring processes.
