As Sr. Tax Analyst / CT Manager here at Illumina in Cambridge, you will play a pivotal role in our EMEA tax operations, reporting directly to the Associate Director - Tax. You'll collaborate closely with our General Ledger team, local tax advisers, and global tax colleagues to ensure accurate reporting, strategic tax planning, and compliance with evolving regulations. You bring direct tax experience in a high-growth environment, ideally with exposure to multinational operations. You are a qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Adviser (or working towards it), with a strong grasp of current Corporation Tax laws and anti-tax avoidance legislation such as ATAD and DAC6. Your analytical skills and accuracy are exceptional, particularly in working with large datasets and spreadsheets, and you're proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable navigating complex tax scenarios across jurisdictions. Experience with transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, and global structuring projects will be highly valued.
