Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Corporate Tax to join the TARAS team. The role focuses on leading complex tax compliance, reporting engagements, and advisory projects for multinational clients across EY’s UK hubs.

You’ll drive quality, manage budgets, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong UK tax accounting knowledge, a track record in corporate tax, and leadership experience in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent required.
• Significant corporate tax experience in practice or in-house.
• Strong audit-of-tax background and ability to lead complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex tax compliance and reporting engagements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage delivery of related advisory and consulting projects.
• Collaborate with other tax teams across the business.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and internal relationship-building.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities and convert leads.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and drive high-performance teams.
