NES Fircroft are recruiting a TAR Planning and Construction Lead for a major chemical manufacturing site on Saltend Chemical Park, Hull. The role is on a long-term contract basis (Outside IR35), with Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will produce detailed work packs, deliver weekly TAR progress reports, and advise on the event execution window while ensuring INEOS standards and site safety are maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in planning and executing TARs.
• Mechanical accreditation, Apprenticeship, NVQ, ONC or HNC or equivalent.
• Background in TAR and shutdown planning and execution from a mechanical perspective.
• Good knowledge of planning system software SAP, Picks, Iplan.
• CCNSG Safety Passport, ACE card, CSCS or equivalent recognised by HSE.
• IOSH Managing Safely, CITB Site Managers training, NEBOSH or similar HSE training.
• Good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide detail work packs for all equipment identified.
• Provide JTD and TAR progress weekly reporting updates.
• Identify and raise technical queries or risks during the lifecycle.
• Provide expertise and advice for event execution window.
• Ensure INEOS standards and site standing orders are adhered to at all times.
