The Role: Senior Talent Partner

Location: Hybridx2 days per week in a London Office

Chapter 2 is looking for a Senior Talent Partner with experience hiring White Collar roles within Construction to join our growing team, embedded within a leading multi-discipline Construction company. We’re seeking someone passionate about the sector, collaborative by nature, and hands on in their approach. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to articulate strategy clearly, and drive talent acquisition efforts that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

• Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies for Construction roles.
• Sourcing exceptional talent through creative, data-driven outreach
• Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
• Driving exceptional candidate experience throughout
• Building and iterating on our hiring processes to scale with speed and quality

• Identifying and experimenting with new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies
