Overview

As a Senior Talent Advisor- 12 month FTC, you'll work closely with the Talent Partner and wider Talent team supporting to shape the future of Talent at Publicis Groupe. This is a fast paced, true HR generalist role, where no two days are the same. You will help build and foster a culture of growth and development within a matrixed environment.

We are looking for a bright, articulate, resilient and motivated person to join the team. Someone with the confidence and experience to manage independently but who knows the right moments to seek guidance. You will have solid experience in building relationships, supporting and influencing stakeholders on the relevant HR process and company policies, striking the right balance between people and business needs. You will also be proactive with supporting the delivery of effective people processes and initiatives, looking to suggest ways on how we can improve and simplify our processes

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with managers, employees, and the wider Talent team to provide trusted HR support across all business areas.
  • Drive consistency in performance management by coaching managers, delivering training, and promoting best practice in tools and processes.
  • Lead on employee relations activity, maintaining accurate records (e.g. absence, probation, PIPs, flexible working, parental leave) and ensuring compliance with policy and law.
  • Gather, interpret, and report on people data such as diversity, turnover, and engagement insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE, and redundancy processes, ensuring smooth execution and employee communication.
  • Partner with Talent Operations to ensure data accuracy, policy alignment, and seamless employee lifecycle processes.
  • Contribute to Talent and engagement initiatives, including onboarding, performance and salary review cycles, and learning and development programs.
  • Manage mobility and visa sponsorship processes, supporting both local and international employee moves.
Qualifications

Experience

  • Currently operating at Senior Talent Advisor level, or an experienced Advisor ready for the next step
  • Proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude and appetite for learning
  • Broad HR generalist expertise across areas such as Business Partnering, Engagement, and L&D
  • Strong ER and employment law knowledge, with hands-on experience leading employee relations processes (with support)
  • Thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, demonstrating attention to detail, strong organization, and adaptability
