We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London team and support Plum’s ambitious global growth. This role will primarily focus on leadership hiring, partnering closely with the Leadership Team to attract top-tier talent across senior and executive roles.
As a key member of our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, shape the candidate experience, and contribute to Plum’s employer brand. You will have the autonomy to lead searches for critical leadership positions while collaborating closely with hiring managers and the broader People team.
