Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR/related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing/production/operations environments.
• Pharmaceutical/biotech/medical devices or regulated industries desirable.
• In-house recruitment experience required; executive search/business partnering a plus.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide market intelligence and talent advisory support.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle: briefing, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Utilize Workday recruiting analytics to track pipeline health and hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with regional/global TA on international searches and talent mapping.
• Build partnerships with external agencies ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Contribute to TA projects and employer branding initiatives.
• Steer initiatives for local Early Career programs.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Liverpool.

In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process, leveraging market insights, sourcing expertise, and a candidate‑centric approach to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and business areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market intelligence and talent advisory support.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize Workday and recruiting analytics to track, measure, and report on recruitment performance, pipeline health, and key hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition colleagues on international searches, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with external recruitment agencies and staffing providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness and employer branding.
• Steer and support designated initiatives for our local Early Career program.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, production or operations environments.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Previous in-house recruitment experience is required, an additional background in executive search or business partnering is a plus.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction tools.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.
