In this fully remote role, you'll collaborate with hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies and manage the full cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have recent technical hiring experience, particularly in startup environments. Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 offered, alongside benefits.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at TryHackMe, you will play a crucial role in our mission to build and scale our global teams with top talent, especially in the technical domain.
You will be the driving force behind attracting, sourcing, and hiring into TryHackMe’s growing teams.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and provide support and training to peers on how to effectively conduct interviews, as well as personalising interview structure and stages for varying departments and roles.
We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time and require this person to be based in the UK.
