  • As our go‑to person for hiring GTM talent, you’ll build the Sales and Marketing teams that will scale V7’s growth, directly impacting our ability to grow market share.
  • Beyond recruiting, you’ll have scope to contribute to, and shape, talent strategy: from employer branding and sourcing innovation to data reporting and interview training.
  • We’re office‑based with some WFH flexibility, fostering the collaboration and energy that fuels our best work.
What you’ll be doing from day one:
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for all GTM roles, from designing targeted sourcing strategies for Sales and Marketing talent, to closing offers and onboarding game‑changers who will drive our growth.
  • Leverage our tech stack (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Welcome to the Jungle, etc.) to find hidden talent and optimise every stage of the hiring process.
  • Partner with leadership to understand business needs, then translate them into compelling role narratives that attract top‑tier candidates in super‑competitive markets.
  • Drive strategic talent projects beyond hiring; whether that’s launching employer branding initiatives, organising events/meet‑ups, or training hiring managers to interview like pros.
Who you are
  • You bring 4+ years of GTM (Sales & Marketing) recruiting experience from a high‑growth B2B SaaS startup, ideally with exposure to Gen AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, MLOps, or Data Analytics.
  • You’re a sourcing enthusiast who still gets a thrill from discovering exceptional candidates and have deep expertise in building elite, high‑performing GTM teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • You’re tech‑savvy with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and constantly curious; always learning, refining your craft, and seeking the gold standard in recruiting excellence.
  • You thrive in low‑process, high‑accountability environments where ownership matters and you get to define the process and shape things for the future.
  • You have experience hiring US‑based positions (preferred).
