Indra Park Air is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to drive integrated, lifecycle-balanced solutions across multidisciplinary teams. You will lead requirements capture, design reviews, and technical delivery while ensuring compliance with industry standards and strong documentation practices.

The role emphasizes RF systems background, IP networking proficiency (VoIP preferred), and the ability to guide junior engineers in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 1st or 2:1 degree in a relevant technical subject.
• Strong maths and science background.
• Background in RF or related systems.
• Knowledge of IP networks; VoIP desirable; cyber security awareness desirable.
• Hardware or software design experience welcome but not required.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle: gather requirements and support design reviews.
• Demonstrate systems thinking and lead technical delivery across functions.
• Ensure products meet industry standards and regulations.
• Create and maintain system diagrams, configurations, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand future needs; mentor junior engineers.
