A leading defence and surveillance technology organization is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering activities across the full development lifecycle. Based in North London, the role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems design and integration, an engineering degree, and the ability to work across engineering disciplines. Competitive salary range of £60,000 – £65,000 offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in systems design, integration, and test.
• Understanding of the full systems and product development lifecycle.
• Ability to work across engineering disciplines and coordinate technical activities.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Background in radar, naval systems, navigation equipment, or defence platforms is preferred but not essential.
• UK Security Clearance or the ability to obtain it.
