A leading cybersecurity firm in the UK is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the implementation of ISO 15288 processes within their engineering teams. The successful candidate will develop high-quality requirements and ensure compliance with sector regulations. Key qualifications include a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, substantial Systems Engineering experience, and prior hands-on development in hardware, software, or firmware, particularly in embedded environments. Security clearance will be essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Defence/Aerospace industry experience.
• Significant experience in Systems Engineering and V lifecycle.
• Experience in developing high-quality requirements and compliant systems design.
• Demonstrable experience in implementing full Systems Engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Engineering for assigned work packages and deliver on time and budget.
• Develop Systems Engineering artifacts across the product development lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction and manage project balance between requirements, schedule, and cost.
