Job summary

OneAdvanced is recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer to join our 24x7 Operations team. You will act as the senior escalation point on the day shift, owning complex incidents across core infrastructure and Microsoft Modern Workplace services.

You will drive root cause analysis, support major incident response, and mentor fellow Systems Engineers while contributing to automation and standards that underpin the squad’s operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at third-line within a Microsoft-based infrastructure and workplace services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, AD, DNS/DHCP troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure services and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Act as third-line escalation point for Windows Server, AD, Azure, 365 and virtualization.
• Lead or coordinate response to major incidents with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Own problem management for recurring issues using monitoring and CMDB data.
